Kent Lukach is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He Served at MCAS New River with Marine Air Group 29’s Helicopter Squadron HMM-162, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing.
Lukach was Deployed to Beirut, Lebanon in 1983 with the 24th Marine Amphibious Unit. There Lukach earned the Combat Action Ribbon, Marine Expeditionary Medal and Numerous Navy Unit Citations.
Lukach Entered Law Enforcement just Months after being Honorably discharged from the Marine Corps, where he spent 26 years with the Lincolnton Police, Reaching the Rank of Lieutenant.
Lukach is a Graduate of the F.B.I. Academy Session 188 and Worked as a Police Officer in Moscow & St. Petersburg Russia with a 1994 Exchange Cooperative and has over 18 years as a Certified North Carolina Criminal Justice firearms Instructor.
Lukach now works as a Firearms Instructor for the Lincoln County Sheriffs Department, a Police Academy instructor and two decades for the American Heart Association and American Red Cross as a CPR Instructor.
He Instructs Pistol, M4, AR, AK Rifle Platforms, NC BLET and HR-218.
