I am a new shooter so all of this is foreign to me. Everyone, and I mean that literally, here has been ready and willing to help, answer tons of questions and patiently re-explain and re-answer as needed. I have interacted with many of the employees (because I have a lot of questions) and every single one has been very friendly and knowledgeable. PBR either has incredible customer service training or has gone out of its way to find and hire really super people…or both!
