Self Defense for Ladies
In self-defense situations you have THREE seconds to react or you will become a victim. This class is taught by Retired Police Chief Jim Rezac. Jim has taught thousands of ladies in self defense techniques over his vast career in law enforcement.
Self-Defense for Ladies is a non-firearms defensive class that will prepare women for a variety of situations.

We cannot always rely on a gun for self-defense in every situation. This class will teach women how to break contact with an aggressor in order to save their lives in a multitude of different scenarios and locations.
Recommended equipment
Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes like sweat pants and comfortable shoes. This class does contain physical contact activity with other students, nothing to strenuous.
