Point Blank Range is proud to support our local Public Safety personnel.
In order to ensure that law enforcement officers, security officers, and private investigators get the training time needed to maintain proficiency with their service firearms, a new workshop is being offered to anyone in those professions. Each workshop will focus on a different set of skills which relate to annual qualifications, the daily performance of duty, and will increase proficiency and help ensure officer survival.
Public safety personnel can come practice and master skills in short, 2-hour segments with a current NC law enforcement instructor on a regular basis. To meet the needs of typically rotating schedules, these workshops will be held every 3 weeks on Monday nights. Agency specific workshops can be arranged upon request as well by contacting Melanie at mallmond@pointblankrange.com.
Required Equipment:
• Agency ID
• 100rds of ammo
• Quality non-collapsing holster, rigid leather or kydex only. NO NYLON!
• A good belt or department issued gear
• Flashlight
• Pen & paper
Registration and prepayment is required. If you prefer to register in person, please visit the store and see a sales associate.
NOTE: Workshops are not eligible for the training alumni discount as regular training classes are. They are designed specifically to keep prices affordable for repeated attendance. However, PBR Member discounts will still be honored.
