LADIES!! Point Blank Range presents an exclusive training opportunity with the new Ladies Awareness & Self Protection Seminar.
In this two-hour seminar we will go through techniques on how to defend yourself against an attacker or multiple attackers using effective hand-to-hand techniques regardless of size, strength, or age. Students will gain confidence and build a sense of empowerment in a comfortable environment while developing a new skillset which expands your means to defend yourself outside of use of firearms. No prior experience is necessary to participate. The course is designed to accommodate anyone from teenage/college-bound girls and stay-at-home moms, to women in professional environments and ladies in law enforcement.
**PROPER WORKOUT ATTIRE IS REQUIRED
