Intro to Competitive Shooting Sports
Intro to Competitive Shooting Sports is an introductory training class to familiarize students with different options in the competitive shooting world. If you have shot for a short time or a long time and are looking for the right Competitive Shooting Sport, this is the class for you.
Each month students will be learning what kind of firearms and gear is needed, the rules, the specific range commands, targets and scoring for a different competitive shooting discipline. These classes will also be shooting classes. We will be setting up stages from IDPA, USPA, GSSF, NRA Action, NRA Precision Pistol and 3-Gun so students can understand what each shooting sport is about.
So if you always wanted to get into one of the competitive shooting sports but were afraid to ask or not sure where to start, this is it.
Pistols and ammunition are provided for the live fire application portion of this training for a small fee or you may bring your own firearm as long as it an approved by the shooting sport that is being covered.
