Saturday, Feb 28: 2PM- 6PM- NRA Pistol Shooting Instructor (Part I)

Sunday,  March 1: 10AM – 5PM NRA Pistol Shooting Instructor (Part II)

This 17-hour course is designed to teach the instructor candidate the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to become an NRA Certified Pistol Shooting Instructor.  Candidates should posses a basic knowledge of both revolvers and semi-automatics, an understanding of basic marksmanship principles, and have a deep appreciation for the safe handling of any firearm.  In addition to these personal attributes, each candidate is required to be up to date on the NRA’s Basic Instructor Training (BIT).  BIT is offered in conjunction with this course, but if you have been certified as an instructor in the previous 12 months and took part in BIT, you may not be required to take it again.  Please email NRA Training Counselor, Troy Perry at TPerry@PointBlankRange.com if you have any questions regarding your suitability for this instructor level training.  (For a quicker response, please include a telephone number where you can be reached, otherwise,  allow 48 hours and more for holidays/weekends.)
